Do you provide delivery?
Yes we provide delivery. However we will use 3rd Party (Grab/Mr. Speedy). Please contact us before making payment with your address , date and time. We will advise the delivery cost to be added in when making payment. Please be advised that we will only use CAR Delivery due to the product sensitivity

Do you send outside of Klang Valley?
No we do not as its too risky to send too far. However for Self pickup , yes you can order from anywhere

Can i self collect?
Yes of course. Upon ordering, please add in comment section the pickup date and time. You will need to collect from inside our facility in the lobby. Please notify your order / invoice number upon collection

Yes we provide packaging for all our orders
Can i add special notes for the my order?
Yes you can. Please add in the comment section upon checkout. We encourage it to be super simple because our paper notes are very tiny :)

Do you accept credit card/online banking?
At the moment , we do not yet. We only accept via Paypal or Bank Transfer. Please send your bank transfer slip via email or whatsapp with your order/invoice number.

Can i change or cancel my order after payment made?
NO. After we received your payment, you order will be processed and we do not accept any changes or cancelation. We will not provide any refund in this case
What happen if i received damaged products?
If you use delivery service, please report to use IMMEDIATELY while the driver is with you with photo proof. We do not entertain for any report without any photo/when the Driver left OR for self Pickup.
How long can i keep the products after receiving?
We encourage to consumer our products within 24hours after receiving for the best taste. However if you want to keep them, please keep them refregirated and they are still consumable within couple of days.
The products are certified halal?
No. At the moment our products are not certified halal. However we are using Halal ingredients from local suppliers . Some products with Alcohol contained will be announced in the description of the products.
Do you supply for big functions and parties?
