Our version of ‘pandan layer cake’ consists of
- Puffy almond crispy rice
- Layers of Pandan roll cake
- Roasted coconut chantilly
- Coconut soft caramel
- Flavourful kaya creameux
- Refreshing of mango and passion fruit confit
And most important, the cake is all made by NATURALLY ingredients with NO colours and artificial flavour added!!
